Basic Terms of Blogiful.com

1. Blogiful.com and its services are available only to individuals that are 13 years or older, whether acting on their own behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity.
2. Any activity that occurs under your screen name, is sole responsibility of the user to whom the screen name belongs.
3. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Blogiful and keeping your password secure.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Blogiful users.
5. Blogiful.com website and services must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
7. Your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Blogiful.com website or its services, is solely your responsibility.
8. You must not contribute any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
9. You must not modify, adapt or hack Blogiful.com.
10. You must not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Blogiful.com.
11. You must not create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any Blogiful members or any URL.
12. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, popup's or any code of a destructive nature.
13. You must not use Blogiful.com or its services to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
14. With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Blogiful.com account. Blogiful.com may remove any Content and Blogiful accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. Blogiful.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Blogiful cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and that you use the Blogiful.com and its services at your own risk.

General Conditions

1. Blogiful.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
2. Blogiful.com reserve the right to modify or terminate Blogiful.com and its services for any reason, without notice at any time.
3. Blogiful.com reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are infringing, unlawful, libelous, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise objectionable or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party or these Terms of Use.
5. Blogiful.com and its services makes it possible to post data, text, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") hosted on Blogiful from outside website's. This use is accepted and encouraged. However, pages on other website's which display data hosted on Blogiful.com must provide a link back to Blogiful.com.

Copyright

1. Blogiful.com respects the intellectual property of others. Blogiful.com claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide using Blogiful.com or its services. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. All associated data, including but not limited to your profile, any text, images and video content can be deleted at at any time by deleting your account.
2. Blogiful.com encourage users to contribute their creations to the public domain or use of the Creative Commons Public Domain License.
3. Blogiful.com undertakes to obey the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Blogiful.com may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws.

Notifying Blogiful.com of Copyright Infringement

1. Please provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
2. Please provide a description the sets forth the information specified by the DMCA (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#512);
3. Please provide a description of the infringing material and any information reasonably sufficient to permit Blogiful.com the ability to locate the material;
4. Please provide your contact information including you address, telephone or cellular phone number, and email;
5. Please provide a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. Please provide a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
